Dear Managers,

At the start of the month, on the 2nd of June, many of you joined us for the June Project M session. Today’s planned recording has unfortunately had to be cancelled. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and want to share a short recap so you still have the key points.

We were pleased to welcome Julie Rigby and Jane Wilkinson, who led an engaging session titled Building Trust, Not Tension. It covered the role of unions in the workplace and in meetings, how to run effective meetings in partnership, the foundations of trust, the importance of early engagement, and simple ways to strengthen collaboration.

Key takeaways included reaching out to your union when you are unsure and taking the time early on to build positive, open working relationships.
